Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment, any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service.
No call no showing your appointment will result in being charged the full amount of your service and the possibility of being banned from booking future appointments.
**All deposits are nonrefundable**
No refunds full, partial or otherwise will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours for lash lifts and brow services, or 72 for lash extensions.
