Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your 50% deposit being forfeited. If no deposit was collected, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
This policy is firm and applies to all appointments — no exceptions.
Any outstanding fees must be paid in full prior to booking a future appointment.
NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service and may result in refusal of future bookings.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-call/no-show, and the card on file will be charged accordingly.
Timeliness is essential to ensure each client receives the attention and care they deserve.
DEPOSITS
Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
