Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file — no exceptions. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to booking a future appointment. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for 100% of the scheduled service and may result in refusal of future bookings. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-call/no-show, and the card on file will be charged accordingly. Timeliness is essential to ensure each client receives the attention and care they deserve. DEPOSITS Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
