Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment, any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service.
No call no showing your appointment will result in being charged the full amount of your service and the possibility of being banned from booking future appointments. After 10 minutes we reserve the right to consider your appointment a no call no show and charge the card on file.
